Nice location in La Baule
If all the other reports are in French, this is because this is a totally French Hotel. If you don't speak French it's not for you, as not one member of staff spoke English. It wasn't rudeness or insularism, there just wasn't any …
We loved this hotel for his atmospher , so friend , so family , so nice rooms et good staff during the day and during the night , good value , very clean , we will come back with our family next year
Hotel by the sea with a decent room for the price but the service is deplorable: double billing, being locked outside for 1 hour because reception did not give the code to several customers, fire alarm in the middle of the night which must have been managed by customers, lie about reception opening hours. I had to raise my voice to get a bill. To flee

The wellness area: cold swimming pool, broken jets, no towels or flip-flops to go there, you must bring your own towel.
Breakfast too little for the price
The room was cute except the shutters didn't close.
In the corridor the fire extinguishers are on the ground, the room trolleys stored in the corridors are a shame.
The setting is just magnificent 🤩, superb building which deserves to find a hotel service worthy of the place.
Charming and quiet hotel. Very good location, facing the sea! A big plus with the spa area and swimming pool. Small downsides: the swimming pool (water a little too cold) and on the sauna/hammam side, a water fountain would not be too much to fill our water bottles. In the bedroom, the heating/air conditioning was off but still made noise (annoying for sleeping). In the bathroom, the shower ventilation deserves to be cleaned (for hygiene reasons and so that it can also play its role correctly..) but, apart from that, the room was very clean👍!
Nice hotel, nice rooms, clean, bathroom is big enough, great location, 2 minutes to the beach, located in a park, we booked for 2 days, we liked it so much, we were able to extend without any problems, but after that there was no problem When there was more hot water, we received a very good discount for the extension.
The reception has been completely renovated.
The food in the evening wasn't great, but it was always good, the price-performance ratio was just right, always 4 courses including water and wine of your choice, white, red or rosé and we had a very friendly service (Katja).
The hotel is definitely recommended, even for a longer period of time. The sauna was ideal in bad weather and the small indoor pool was also sufficient. We were able to park the car on the street near the hotel for free, but there was nothing free in the cordoned-off hotel parking lot (€9 per day).
We would definitely come again.
